What was the highlight of YING'nFLO, Hong Kong, Wan Chai
Very Good
Wonderful design of the place, great customer service, place is very clean. They recently installed a new water filter machine which is a bonus.
The washing machine / dryer does not work effectively. Washing process was alright and detergent was provided, but the clothes did not dry at all even after 3 full drying cycles with half of the laundry load. Highly advise against using it. If you really have to, air dry the clothes under the air conditioning would work better.

Conveniently located, many food options around, close to MRT
the location is close to MRT and many food options around, local shopping centre close by too. Staff were really nice and attentive, only a whatsapp message away if we needed anything.
the ramp going up to reception every day was very hard, room was smaller than the photo showed

Basic and convenient with nice staff
Well situated not far from MRT and buses and near loads of fun restaurants and bars. It's a small studio apartment so more space than just a BR. Hot water and water pressure were great and the aircon very powerful. WE used the kettle every day, microwave often and the washer /dryer.
It's a bright exterior and lounge area but very utilitarian in the actual apartments. Lacks charm and was just a bit grimey in the kitchen as the renovation did not include pulling up all the old surfaces. However, we live in Japan so that level of cleanliness can hardly be matched! Also, mattress was deadly hard. I think that can be good for your back ultimately, but if you are not used to it, it feels like a slab of concrete...

It was very pleasant and the location is really amazing.
Location is amazing, very centric and close to the public transport! It's one of the best areas to stay in hong kong. THe room is actually mini apartment, with a private kitchen , nice little living room , washing machine. It feels very cosy and it can actually be great for remote workers who need a nice, confy and quiet place to work while at HK. The hotel has a coffee machine which is 24/7 available (that's great)
As all accommodation in HK, it's a bit expensive. Also, not a complaint but just a clarification: the breakfast is actually a few snacks and fruits the guests can go downstairs and pick up in the morning (until it lasts), so for people looking to have full on hotel breakfast before going out to explore, this isn't it
